Oh what the heck. Post 500 on the site.
Here goes nothing. The Specifics: 2006 Ford Taurus SE Silver Frost Metallic Vulcan 3.0L OHV V6 AX4N Transmission - Original Built in May 2005 in Atlanta Current Miles: 118,900 The car was purchased in early 2006 from a dealer to be used as my dad's car with 15k. It was a rental car in Pennsylvania before it was ours. Instead of him trading it in for a stupid import Corolla, I took it over in June 2010 and it had 74k miles at the time. I of course had to personalize it... This is what it looked like until June 2011 when the modifications really began. Figured I'd enter now before winter comes and the salt rots my car away. Before: ![]() The Modifications: Car Starter (Installed when it was my Father's car) New Michelin X-Radial Tires Steering Wheel Cover G4.5 Five Spoke Factory Alloy Wheels (My Favorite Taurus Wheels to Replace Hubcaps and Steelies) Factory Style Spoiler with Brake Light/ Replacement of Rear dash carpet for cars with spoilers with brake light delete (Dark Grey) Amber Rear Turn Signals Chrome Grille Mach Audio System Underdash Green LED Lighting with Switch Silverstar 9007 Bulbs Woodgrain ICP Surround Bezel Autodim Mirror With Compass (GNTX-177) NOS Vinyl OEM Ford Taurus Floor Mats Heated Mirrors with Puddle Lamps and Painted Mirror Caps 6 Disc CD Changer Custom Mounted in Trunk with Wagon Bracket Ford OEM Centennial Headlight Housings Custom Made License Plate Frames with Taurus emblem Factory Moonroof with Moonroof Headliner AVS Moonroof Deflector Tinted Ford Logo I suppose you want photos, right? This is my most recent picture of it. ![]() These are some older pictures.. maybe I'll grab some new pics if I have a chance. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks for checking out my car. Hope you like it! I don't care what picture is used as the voting picture.. just use whatever one you think is the best.It is definitely is not your average Taurus around here in Central New York! I will be honest that if I didn't find you Taurus fanatics, my car would be nothing like it is today. Thanks for the inspiration and ideas haha! I also do enjoy the compliments I get from others around here in CNY too!! Of course, good luck to those running! Regards, Paul

Second time running! Ran in August, Brian beat us all lol. So a little about my ride...She started life in the Atlanta plant, in February '04 I believe. 04 SEL, completely loaded minus a sunroof. (odd!) I am the second owner, the one before me was an older lady who just used it around town. Bought it August 2011 with 42k on the clock. Now I'm about to hit 55k! Still a baby. I haven't done much in the way of mods, just general maintenance and weekly detail sessions during the spring and summer. Got her tinted with 35%, threw a K&N panel in, XtraVisions, new tires, C-Max brake pads, and remote start. Did a custom mount location for my XM radio in the console as seen below. In the future I may look to put in some Centennial headlights and do a light smoke to the tails. Anyways, enjoy some eye candy below and vote if you like!
Use the first picture as voting pic. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Removed the CD changer and mounted the receiver in it's place.
