Firing Order
I had some work done on my 1995 Taurus SE 3.0 and it came back with the plug wires not in firing order. I know the firing order, 1 4 2 5 3 6 and know the cylinder numbers on the engine, but the service manual does not say which position on the distributor is number 1. Neither does it tell me if the numbers go clockwise or counter-clockwise from number 1. Can you help me?

I know the firing order, 142536 and know the cylinder numbers on the engine, but my service manual does not tell me which position on the distributor is Number 1. Neither does it tell me if the numbers go clockwise or counterclockwise from number one. Can you help me?
