Yep. Car was wrecked obviously and parked. The paint on the closeups looks pretty beat to be 9K miles.
Not only that but any car being sold without the floormats showes me there is more wear and the milage is suspect.

Floormats are in the trunk.

Still, that might be as close to a factory-fresh Taurus as you can get. Third gen, that is.

At least they included the VIN so someone could pull a Carfax and see if their story checks out. And they were honest enough to mention it'd been wrecked. But I wouldn't buy it either.

Side note: same manufacturing month and year as my truck!

Unless I was reading it wrong it sounds like the pictures they posted of it with no damage were taken after it was fixed, not before the wreck happened. It doesn't look too bad anyway, I wouldn't mind picking it up if I had some more cash on hand.

132 pictures and one of it wrecked! Also its from Staten Island could be a flood car. Go look at coparts.com and see how many cars are for sale flooded. Vettes, Mustangs, lots of cool cars :-(
