Either a 2008 or 2009 Taurus in featured in the new movie, Identity Thief. The movie stars Jason Bateman and Melissa Mc Carthy. Saw the preview ( see second link) on T.V. the other night and it showed a shot of the car radio and I knew it was a Taurus radio .

Take a look at you tube video of movie trailer. car showcased at 1:49 in and big finish at 2:09. Car put through leaps like the General Lee.

It looks to me like it is one of those "rebranded" five hundreds to Taurus, just before they came out with the "new look taurus"

I guess the Fusion is a rebranded Taurus then.

No the fusion is not, this is what I meant.. plus the fusion is actually smaller than the new Taurus.
