Hello, does anybody know if 1989 Taurus Wagon front strut and coil spring assembly will fit my 1990 Taurus Wagon?

Most definitely Swap it over.

Only difference is the upper seat of the strut that Ford changed on 1990. It's a little plastic ring Ford added in 1990 to up the front end height instead of altering the strut/spring.
