1992 Sho Emblem Questions

Looking at this pic and I noticed it didn't have the 24V DOHC Badge on the side but what looks like a light. Whats up with this? Was it an option to get this instead of the badge?

No not an option. There should have been a badge there when it left the factory. Someone put that light there to make it more European.

Wierd. I am looking at this car. Its a one owner and the guy that owned it bought it from the dealership in May of 92 and is now in his mid 60's. I will have to ask him about that.

The 89 - 92 SHO's did not come with the 24V DOHC badges.

on the serious not, it does look more euro looking. i'd like to see it being clear and putting some leds in it and making it flash
