2013 Taurus SE tire pressure

I have a 2013 SE I bought used with P235/60R17 100T Hankook tires. Apparently these are the factory tires, and since the car had 8400 miles on it when I bought it, I guess my assumption is correct. The driver door got hit, before I bought it, and the tire information sticker was removed when a new door was installed and the door pillar was touched up with paint. But the bar code sticker that contains all the info for the drivetrain, build date, and so on, is still there. On that sticker it says the tire pressures at cold, front and back, are 38 PSI. Can anyone check their same model and verify that this is correct? It's because I can't compare one sticker against the other. 38 PSI seems really high for a passenger car, and other cars, like my 2008 Mustang GT and many other cars I've had over the years, have said 32 PSI or right around that value.
