Vehicle: 2002 Ford Taurus LX
Engine: 3.0L SFI Vulcan V6 OHV
Transmission: AX4N 4-speed automatic
Long story short: while working on the car’s suspension in the yard, I (very stupidly) removed the top nut and washer on the front driver’s-side strut. Because the strut was under compression, the nut and washer went flying into the air after I loosened them. I spent two hours looking for them. They just disappeared.
Here is a pic of the nut and washer on the passenger-side strut:

I now need a new nut and washer. Where do I go to get them? I did a bunch of google searching and I can’t even find the part numbers for them. I believe the nut is an M14x2.0.
Thanks,
Ohioan
