Car won't start. Slow Crank but batt is good

2003 Taurus with 3.0 Engine. Last few weeks has started slowly like it was laboring to get turned over. Once it starts, everything is fine. Today it wouldn't start. Replaced the battery and still have the same problem. All I can figure is it is either the battery, starter, selinoid, starter or relay. Is there something else that could be causing this? Help.

Just to make sure the battery is good, make sure the headlights aren't dimming down too much when you crank. Also make sure your connections are clean and tight. When you crank the car, watch the instrument cluster and make sure the THEFT light isn't blinking either. If all that looks good it might be the fuel pump. Turn the key to ON without starting the car and you should hear the fuel pump run for several seconds. It should do this every time you turn the key to ON, so if you don't hear it the pump is probably bad. You should also check the fuel pressure right before you crank if you have a fuel pressure gauge.

If battery is at least 12.6v sitting there in the car and the starter is turning slow or starts the solenoid clicking it is most likely the starter. Check the connections at starter and clean and retighten. Also make sure the battery is snug and corrosion free on ends as well.
Starters work hard and have at times a short life !!
The good thing is the starter is easy to change, 2 bolts and grease on you, mate~~
