So, I have a '91 Sable with cracked door panels. Does anyone know where I can find some replacement ones? I'm hoping new because I've had a lot of these crack before on bulls I didn't care about. I haven't found any good ones in junkyards and car-part.com hasn't helped either. If that wasn't enough reason on it's own, I have a black interior with the wood grain trim on the top. I'd like to keep the wood, but I don't know if I'll be able to find replacement ones with the wood.

Does anyone know any places that sell resto parts for these cars (like a LMC Taurus or something like that)?

I don't know if you could get ahold of a Ford dealer and have them locate NOS (New Old Stock) door panels, since I imagine there have got to be some somewhere. I am sure they are extremely hard to come by due to age. Other than that, just patience and junkyard hopping until you find what you are looking for. Or find someone with a car like yours and offer them money to swap!

Those things are long since gone. Junkyards are your best bet.

I have some MINT gray 89-91 door panels from a Taurus. Not Quite what you are looking for though. THey were on someone's grandma's 89 LX that got scrapped. I should have grabbed the mint leather seats, but oh well..

"LMC Taurus", would'nt that be nice? You're best friend here is gonna alot of patience and web searching. Maybe post wanted ads or something. Whenever I need some unusual part for my wagon I always think it's gotta be out there somewhere. So seems to just be a matter of finding it.
