Musty and mildew type odors may come from the WARNING
air conditioning/heating system. These odors may
be caused by mildew-type fungi growth in the A/C READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS

Odors can be described in a number of ways:

â€¢ Perfuming Agents: sweet or fragrance smell
â€¢ Dirty Clothes, Shoes, Socks: musty, mildew, body
â€¢ Sweet odors
â€¢ Burning â€¢ Food/Beverage: sweet, musty, mildew, fishy smell
â€¢ Fuel The first step in diagnosing an odor concern is to
verify the concern. To verify an odor you must
â€¢ Oil determine when and under what circumstances the
â€¢ Exhaust odor occurs and what type of odor it is.
â€¢ Wet cement
Chemical odors are usually constant regardless of
â€¢ Urine A/C setting and can be enhanced by A/C system
â€¢ Tar operation. Most chemical odors are caused by fluid
â€¢ Fragrance leaks and some are caused by improperly cured

occur at temperatures below 10Â°C (50Â°F).
