Strut replacement, what to get?

My 08 Taurus Limited has been giving noise for long time when running over bumps/holes, or even when turning. The noise sounds like coming from spring, so I guess the struts are bad. To replace the struts, what else should I get (spring/mount?) Any nice brands? I'm not a fan of Motorcraft as the original struts went bad on this one and my 02 mercury sable on low mileage (20k/40k).

I am not sure of exact cause, but I had a noise when turning corners but im at over 100k at this point. I am replacing struts(keeping original springs), shocks, end links, and inner and outer tie rods. I know all of them probably aren't bad yet but I figured at 100k I might as well do them all at once so I don't have to worry about it again any time soon hopefully. For struts I bought Monro, end links and tie rods I bought Moog. Probably best two brands for bang for your buck imo

Most likely a bad strut mount.
