Starting Issues p0627

As of yesterday i noticed the second issue i experience with my car 2013 Taurus with only 59,875 miles. I hit the remote start to cool of my car as it was a lil hot. From a distance i was able to see the taillights on. Once i got close to the car i realized it wasnt on, so i started it and the engine turned walked walked away and tried to put it in drive but it wouldn't budge. I realized it wasnt on. So o started it and the engine sounded like it turned over but it would shut off as soon as it turnes over, giving it gas after starting it did nothing. With no tools or meter to check battery i jumped the car,and is started. Gave it gas and like nothing, but i did notice the check engine light on. So i drove to AutoZone and got error code p0627. Had them check my battery and my battery is working alot better then it should. Decided to drive to a friends house to check my car. engine light still on Upon arrival we ended up talking for a bit when i went to move my car no lighy present. I wonder if my remote start has anything to do with the issues i experienced. Anyone else get this issue.

According to the Google:

P0627 refers to a problem with the fuel pump, control circuit 'A' open.

The fuel pump is a covered component under your extended powertrain coverage at 5/60,000 miles and this issue may be warrantable. Might be worth a dealer trip, and with very little mileage to spare...

Reading your post again, you needed to jump the car to get it running? Did the battery ever get tested?

Low voltage does funny things to a car...

Another interesting thing I've learned about my '13 SEL is it starts extremely rough after unhooking the battery. No idea why, but it's only the initial start after reconnecting the battery.

Current: 2013 Ford Taurus SEL
Past:
2001 Lincoln Continental, still running, 190k+
1997 Cadillac Deville, still running, 180k+

It was tested both ways.

I only jumped it thinking the battery was low.

But since getting it to work on Saturday I haven't had any issues with it lately.

Starting Issues again 2013 Taurus

So it has begun again. Once again my car has issues starting. The car cranks but it wont turn over. The one think i know for a fact is that i dont hear my fuel pump hum when the ignition is on. I checked the fuses, i replaced two of them the mini fuse and the pink fuse relay, sorry but manual nor is my car close by. I couldn't find the black relay box but did swap it with the one for the fan clutch relay. Still did not start. As started below by Thefranchise13, still have the power train warranty. But i don't want to take it in if it's something else. Just looking as to if any of you have any insight as to where else i can look into to possibly getting my car started. Your help will be appreciated.<br />
