Have an ecoboost? Want some more power?

I was approved by the Admin to post this:

These are stock turbos (Garrett GT15) with new billet wheels installed and upgraded wastegate actuators seen here:
















What will you receive:
A pair of stock turbos that have been rebuilt with new seals and upgraded billet compressor wheels along with Turbosmart wastegate actuators

Pricing will be as follows:
$1600 a pair + shipping and core charge for 1-4
$1550 a pair + shipping and core charge for 5-9
$1500 a pair + shipping and core charge for 10+

I currently have 1 pair of cores with me at my house that can be upgraded and sent out within 72 hours, I would continue to swap cores and ship as we have orders.
I'll start the group buy and finalize it 8/1 for anybody who wants to join in. These are considered a stage 2 turbo due to the upgraded wastegate and billet wheel. On my car I am seeing 23psi down to 18psi across the rev range with these turbos. I am also going to be headed to the dyno this week for the pre/post turbo upgrade, just need to get my car back after all the work we've been doing.

The funds from these being sold will be going right into the hot and cold pipe development, once those are done a group buy will be set up for those. Those funds will be put into the AWD controller development.

Answer:
Yes, all that was done was a stock wheel upgrade, the boost is much flatter now but the turbos are still very small, they will drop off at higher RPM.

Holy smokes, I didn't think that engine could handle 22.5 psi of boost! Are you running E85 all the time at that boost level?

So the compressor wheel has more vanes, hence more boost, but is the increase in work on the exhaust side erasing some of that benefit? In other words does the upgraded compressor wheel actually yield faster 1/4 times, etc?

What is the benefit of the different wastegate actuator? Is it adjustable? Does the stock motor use any kind of valve or electronic boost controller?

Also, what software were you using to display scan data on your video?

Car seems to love the boost and corn so far. I'm currently at 50/50 E85/E10 91 in the main tank and E85 in the aux tank. I will soon be removing aux fuel cell and running dual in tank fuel pumps and E85 in the main fuel tank.

The compressor wheel upgrade along with some additional tuning has allowed me to run a 12.4@109 compared to previous best of 13.1@104 on 100 octane. The 13.1@104 DA was around 2300', 12.4 was at 5400' so a HUGE increase in power between E85 and compressor wheel upgrade.
The upgraded actuator is 7psi vs stock 4psi and is adjustable.
The software is Torque with the Track Recorder plugin

When I'm spraying at WOT I'm seeing -20% STFT, I would guess I'm around E75 during the WOT portion so around 102 octane but the E massively cools the intake charge due to the installation in my intake manifold with the 6 aux injectors.

Well considering you're blowing about 70GPH of fuel at WOT. Not to mention about a 24:1 compression ratio @ 22PSI boost! That fuel and meth really does a good job cooling combustion if you manage that compression ratio! Whats your timing advance like at full boost?

What about the cam advance on both banks, both exhaust and intake cams? Curious what that is as well.

It's only intake variable timing on this platform, the truck has both. You can see the advance as the car is accelerated in the first video.

Oops, missed that. What are the intake cams advanced to then? Don't see that on the video unless I'm stupid.

Thought all 3.5L EcoBoost motors were Ti-VCT?
