Meet/greet/bbq

Okay, pretty self explanatory, I would like to have an idea when people would be able to attend a meet/greet/bbq. This is mostly geared to those here in SW Ontario, but if others from the midwest chapter want to come, or anyone else,you are all welcome to. This is preliminary.. Once we can figure out what timeframe is good we can hammer out a day. If I am organizing, it will likely be in the Chatham-Kent area, as that will be the area I know best to plan something in.

So, the run down would be a BBQ, probably burgers and hotdogs, sausages, what ever wins as popular choice

Show off our cars, talk, you know the social stuff. We can either just make this an afternoon thing, or an all day thing, if that is the case, I'll need to know. There is a go-kart track in the area, or bars or what not. Lets discuss, and hopefully hammer out a decent meet for the Eastern Canada Chapter this summer!

Im really up for anytime in July, so I just voted for the beginning. I like the sounds of how everything is moving forward, and hopefully it all works out.

Hey. Today I was out and about and I found a decent park here in Chatham that we could have a bbq, lots of green space and a few pavillions. I think it would be a good place, I am thinking we should meet at Kingston Park, in Chatham Ontario.

Oh and something else to think about, there is a bunch of park equipment in this park, so if you have kids they can play in the park while we play with our toys in the parking lot. lol.

I'm going to school full time this summer (yay for engineering), and I have a week off starting June 25th, so late June would be best for me, but if it's on a weekend, I could probably make it in early July too.
